More than 1,000 attendees will have the opportunity to hear from industry experts, learn from peers, and access new strategies, insights, and ideas from the brightest minds in talent attraction. You’ll leave inspired regardless of how many sessions you attend, but the five you don’t want to miss include:

1. Solving Hiring Challenges with Indeed

In this session, Indeed Senior Vice President of Product Raj Mukherjee will give attendees an inside look at Indeed’s product roadmap. With use cases and other stories about real people who use Indeed tools to transform their organizations, attendees will learn how to optimize their use of Indeed’s latest product offerings to help meet talent sourcing goals both now and in the future.

2. Uncovering Talent: Creating a Culture of Inclusion to Drive Business Success

Did you know that more than 60% of employees cover at least one aspect of themselves in order to fit in at work? Morgana Bailey, Global Human Resources Project Manager, Vice President at State Street, inspires individuals to be open about who they are in their personal and professional lives. In this breakout session, attendees will be presented with data that reveals the positive long-term benefits of enabling employees to bring their full selves to work, and how workforce diversity and inclusion are key drivers of business growth and innovation.

3. The Orange Chair: What’s Best for the Job Seeker

Presenter Chris Hyams is President at Indeed; he is responsible for overseeing Indeed’s sales, client services, product and engineering teams and helps to drive revenue and foster collaboration across the organization. In his keynote address, Chris will show attendees how Indeed continues to innovate while relentlessly pursuing our core mission — putting the job seeker first.

4. The Human Side of Hiring: Inspiring Connection, Passion and Loyalty

In an increasingly automated world, we’re regularly compelled to contend with experiences that threaten to dehumanize us. And, as the interviews and surveys we conducted with job seekers from a range of cohorts show, the hiring process has not escaped this trend. Join Indeed’s SVP of Marketing, Paul D’Arcy, for an in-depth look at candidates’ decision-making and behavior at specific junctures during the hiring journey. You’ll walk away understanding how to establish a strong connection with job seekers early on in the recruiting process and why doing so has the power to transform your talent pool.

5. The Human Side of Work: The Good, the Bad and the Machines

When it comes to hiring, talent professionals have entrenched theories around why job seekers and hiring managers act and think the way we do. But what if these theories are just plain wrong? Join Indeed Chief Economist Jed Kolko as he links economic research with psychology to shine a light on the surprising ways humans learn, behave and make decisions. In this keynote, he’ll introduce you to research on the human tendency to behave irrationally and its implications for the labor market. You’ll learn how subconscious cognitive quirks—job seekers’, employees’ and yours—can impact hiring and other human resources activities and explore ways to guard against flawed decision-making.
