Indeed’s product development team is guided by asking one simple question every day: what is best for the job seeker? At SXSW 2013, Indeed’s VP of Product Chris Hyams and User Experience Lead J Christopher Garcia will share how we use data from 75 million job seekers and 2 billion monthly searches to answer that question.

They’ll show how Indeed uses A/B testing to make data-driven decisions for the products and features you see on our site today. The talk will include a detailed case study of how Indeed Company Pages grew from 300 employer reviews per day to over 6,000 reviews per day through a series of carefully designed tests.
