We’ve added several hundred new job sources in the last month, including the career pages of most of the Fortune 500, and we’ve made many enhancements to our search algorithm, further improving the relevancy of our search results.
We’ve also added a Job Search Box to our suite of tools. You can put a Job Search Box anywhere on your website or blog, so your users can search Indeed directly from there. We have three formats to choose from. This one let’s you enter location and keywords in a single box:
The Indeed Jobroll is a customized, dynamically-updating list of jobs that you can place on your website. It is generated by a saved job search query chosen by you, which continuously feeds matching jobs to your site. Here’s an example:
Examples on blogs include DC Recruiters, with a recruiting Jobroll, PR Quest , with a public relations Jobroll, and nomadic audio , with a podcasting Jobroll. The Artist Job Board at the Pauper has a custom combination of Job Search Box and search results.
Finally, our Web Services API provides an XML feed of Indeed’s job search results which may be integrated into your website. Using the XML output allows you to customize the way the search results are displayed. An example of an application of our XML API is the job search powered by Indeed on Clusty.
